May 16, 2008 - Well, J&M certainly got the loudest screams. To be fair, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos (Haley and Mateo) are married in real life, which probably got them a few extra votes. Also, John and Marlena won in 2005, but the awards show wasn't televised. They should make a lifetime achievement award for John and Marlena as the Hottest Romance cuz they have been settin our screens on fire for 22 years!
