Me working out in the garage. Starting off with some pre-emptive strikes and boxing. Then moving onto my sandbag workout. The sandbag weighs about 35 kilos atm. Sandbag training is great for developing power, general conditioning, and particularly functional strength. You do not have the liberty of perfect control and movement, as with barbells or cable weights, as the sand moves around and is displaced unevenly in the bag. I highly recommend it for martial artists/combat athletes/ rbsd people. Credit to Ross Enamait for his development and research into sandbag training and Gym-less workouts.Finishing off with some Plyometric push ups.Visit www.rosstraining.com for some killer workout tips. I'm in no way affiliated with Ross, just reckon hes the master in workout:)Comments? Critiques? don't sugarcoat:P
