Nov 19, 2008 - Nice quick tutorial Eric.Just got a question. I've ordered a MacBook Pro, 2.5GHz, 4GB RAM, nVidia 8800 GT 512MB SDRAM, 250GB hard drive. Will i be able to run Final Cut Studio smoothly as i'm thinking of buying the software in the next couple of weeks. Other big apps ill be running are Flash, Photoshop CS3 and Maya. As the holidays are coming up thought i'd get into Final Cut.Thanks. Dane.

Nov 19, 2008 - That's plenty, more than my desktop which is pretty smooth. I actually ran Maya somewhat well on a 4 year old laptop, so you should be fine (rendering of course will take forever on any computer though)

Nov 19, 2008 - dude your goodare you planning to get CS3? my school has Master collection its pretty good i have to do an assignment using Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, the others i dont think we will use becuase we had MX 2004 Education Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, FreeHand MX then we upgraded we did use FreeHand becuase it had no use for what we were doing and sadly we do it on A PC so Yeah.
