Nov 19, 2008 - "*facepalm*(Ddlink10 phrase)" It should show you on the Launcher when you click on controls. You have 2 options, Gamepad for Player 2 or 1, or you use the keyboard. Its quite obvious if I was playing alone, I'm using the keyboard. Though doing what I'm doing is a little over the top & should not be attemtped (Playing by yourself in 2 player mode with both of your hands busy).
