Nov 18, 2008 - Kill WoW? No. However Blizzard won't be able to slack off now with real competition in the MMO market. Also, awsome video.

Nov 18, 2008 - thats what everybody said about Vanguard, Lotr online, and AOC, but within a month or 2 everyone was back to WoW, but yes, mmorpgs are getting better, but i think the next thing that beats WoW will probably be a game Blizzard makes lol
Blackshayde Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - Ya its called Diablo III and Blizzard is making it now.
Rusty1111264 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Lol look they copied the Need,Greed,Pass looting rules from WoW.
bogart99 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - Yea beacuase beacuae no thought of nbg before wow came out /sarcasm offWar is not going to kill wow blizard have a healthy subscripton base and a large marketing budget that brings plenty of new players to there game. Nothing will kill wow off take ultima online thats been going for about 10 years now and people still play. some mmo's are good some are bad most are meh atbest how you define those is a matter of personal perferance.
acidheadx Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - Looks like a great mmo but I wish people would grow up and stop bashing WoW.
Shamadamun Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - For future reference for people who are pointing the finger about copying...1.) WAR has been in the making for years, Blizzard stole some ideas. Not bashing either of the two, just stating a fact.2.) It's impossible to have a completely different interface/combat-system/quests becuase of all the other MMO's out, it's like trying to buy the most original Car out there, someone will always have a care like yours no matter how original you think you are. (lol)
MBishop85 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - Yeah, me too. I like both but WAR is better for me. Still playing WoW at my work tho ;)
dhh6 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - Completely agree... This game is more like DAOC than wow... and that being said far superior IMO granted the graphics are now OP
Lamitonn Says:

overlorddexter Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - greatest MMO I know. Im former WoW player but thisa is MUCH better!!!
Romani1969 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - It's pretty much LOTRO only with PVP inplemented and lesser graphic than LOTRO, the rest is a clone of WoW. I am having fun playing Warhammer for now, but I think it's not because it's a "great" mmo, it's probably just because it's new, most of us needed a break from WoW, and this game is kind of the answer. I will probably go back to WoW, when the xpac comes out.
titmachine1 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - so does WAR have crafting/proffesions? and if the dungeons aren't private, is it like MMORPG's that are free? Where 2 groups of people sit in the place all day getting items?
Romani1969 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - Since you want to check out everything before buying the game, I suggest you go to warhammer website and find out everything there. That said, yes, the game has crafting as well as gathering professions. The dungeons are private, but the Public Quests (not instances) are not. However, the loot in PQ's goes out based on roll, but also taking in account the contribution points too (meaning, you have to participate, not just sit there).
titmachine1 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - sounds like the game is worth buying
