forg3tm3not770 Says:
Jul 22, 2008 - Hi jamillagriffin! My friends has brown skin and dark brown eyes and I had used every color on her. I believe that we should let our creativity come out and just have fun...no need to follow rules. As long as you wear it with confidence, you will be impressed.

Jul 28, 2008 - hey forg3tm3not770 so u used micabella mineral makeup? i saw that at a stall in the mall and i was looking at the website. im not sure if i should buy it. doz it work good? well ur eyeshadow in the video looks good lol. and is it expensive?
forg3tm3not770 Says:
Jul 28, 2008 - Thanks punjabann! I've only got to try these three colors and made use of them throughout my face. So far, I like them, but haven't got the chance to purchase anymore yet. For some reason, online is more expensive than the stalls. At my mall, they sold the shimmer powders for $15 each or if you buy 2, you'll get a 3rd one free (which makes it $10 each). If you get 8, it's $60 total.

Aug 7, 2008 - What is the MAC Soft Ochre Paintpot? <---thats what you put on before the hot pink right? I'm soo sorry. I'm a bit too new to the makeup world. HAHA
TDEAP Says:
Aug 10, 2008 - Okay, so I was just kidding about my last question. LOL. I'm assuming that its like a primer, which just keeps your e/s on longer and helps the color right? I went to the MicaBella stand at the mall I work at, and i got Ultraviolet(AMAZING purple) and Carnival (GORGEOUS BRONZE) I got both for 20 bucks. She sold them to me, buy one get one free. How much did you pay for yours?
forg3tm3not770 Says:
Aug 13, 2008 - Hi TDEAP! Paintpots are used as bases to help keep your shadows from creasing and smudging. It also makes it last longer and make the color pop out more. Hope that helps.
forg3tm3not770 Says:
Aug 13, 2008 - I guess every stall does it differently. I had to buy 2 to get the 3rd one free ($15 each). So that still ends up being $30 total ($10 a piece like yours). But, they said that I can get 8 for $60. I gotta go check out the colors you got.

Aug 13, 2008 - i have a question...what consist of a mixing medium, and can we make it at home? i've seen alot of make up tutorials on You tube and they always say or use mixing medium. just wanted to know thanks!
forg3tm3not770 Says:
Aug 14, 2008 - Hi there somama2008! Yes, you can make it at home. I got the ingredients and instructions from "Enkoremakeup" on how to make homemade mixing mediums. It consists of 1 part glycerine and 3 parts distilled water. I got my glycerine from Walmart in the pharmacy area.

Aug 21, 2008 - Hey girl, I have started to use micabella too!! I love the colors they have, right now I think I have like 9 or 10 e/s. I have a problem with the more shimmerey shadows sticking. Do you have the same problem? Any suggestions? I do use primer already. I'd love to share tips for this line, being that it is not well known yet. I am going to try this look, I have these colors too! I hope you post more using Micabella.

Jul 15, 2008 - Thank you very much thumbelina258! Wow...your eyes must be very mesmerizing. I don't think eye colors should restrict you from shadow colors as long as you feel confident wearing them...have fun and let your creativity out.
