You already have abs, they're just buried.2) All of these exercises work your abs in some way -- as long as you use correct form. Nov 22, 2008 - ur just took steroids or ur just lieing.its possible to burn fat on that period of time, but it is impossible to build up ur muscles so quickly, on the time ur burning fat, it is a normal thing if you lose some muscles too, as it is normal u gain some fat when ur building up them, its a process that take long years, you cant just be like that in a few months.

Gain fat when gaining muscle???? Muscle burns fat. I have tried his training and am very thankful for it because it does help and i am seeing serious results.

Just keep to it and most importantly when doing this exercises, do it correctly and with focus and you be there in no time.I used to in physically good shape and for the past 1 year got slack.
