It's right about 55 % of Czechs don't want it, but I personally am glad they signed it. Russia should know we are a free country, not their colony like 20 years ago. Aug 17, 2008 - Missile Defense is in no way a defense mechanism of terrorism. Any military can reprogram a missile to explode in the air and still cause complete destruction of a city. So the missile shield is only agonizing the regoin and bring harm to the country/city/thus civilians who hosted them. Hmm, interesting enough, it's not the US who hosted the sites but some third party countries. Leaders of those countries should reevaluate the risk that they could bring TOTAL DESTRUCTION to their own people.
