Dec 3, 2008 - Thanks. Coming from you, it means alot. I've been a fan of Castlevania since playing games like Simon's Quest, Super Castlevania IV, Circle of the Moon and Lament of Innocence. When I get the PSP, I will add the Dracula X Chronicles to that list. Sonia deserves a place in Castlevania lore.

Dec 3, 2008 - buddy I know what you mean but just because sonia isnt there doesnt mean trevor cant be. we dont know who gave birth to the other belmonts. and since her game is out of the timeline that ending sentence in the game doesnt matter. although i do think iga should have changed her story atleast and not kicked her out of the timeline. so im with you on that

Dec 3, 2008 - I disagree,I never liked the fact that the Belmonts had vampire bloodlines in them,and I didn't know they removed Sonia from the timeline.So I thought long and hard and I think he might have been right in doing so.

Dec 3, 2008 - There seems to be some confusion here, so if I may... Iga has admited to not liking Sonia, but I think that has more to do with Legends changing the timeline. For instance Alucard's age has to be changed from what it was in Dracula's Curse, the first Belmont to defeat Dracula had to be changed from Trevor to Sonia (2 rules broken that were set in stone 8 years prior) & also there is an allude to Sonia & Alucard being lovers with Trevor as the lovechild. Who says she still isn't Trevor's mother?

Dec 3, 2008 - I know what you are thinking, and I somewhat find that this whole "retconned" idea to be sort of absurd. A timeline is good and all, but when a Castlevania game is released, it doesn't need to be excluded for whatever reasons. It is still a Castlevania game, no matter what. I am definitely looking forward to Order of Ecclesia when it comes out. I have been hearing initial reception of it being the best one by far. Other than that, your point is has good meaning, Jason.
