Dec 3, 2008 - I'm curious, you have so many videos of Senator Palin's statement opposing the "bridge to nowhere", how come you don't have even one, where she is alledgedly in favor of it..? The only statement by her I've seen was during an election debate where she stated that "If the people of Alaska want the bridge, then I won't oppose it..." Hardly the same as being in favor of it. Of course telling the truth about Senator Palin will certainly not help Obama Bin Biden get elected.

Dec 3, 2008 - Maybe there's not that much video of a trip to a small town in Alaska while she was running for Governor? I actually READ the story from an Alaskan newspaper. I think she actually took offense to the name too, claiming the "bridge to nowhere" was a great insult to the people of that town. She did support the bridge though, sorry if this disappoints you. You also might be shocked when you find out that the town of Wassilla was charging rape victims for their rape kits used to gather evidence.

Dec 3, 2008 - It seems that the large majority of republican videos on youtube are pretty negative, while the majority of videos for democrats are quite positive. Does any one else wonder how the weekly opinion polls disclosed by the media continually show a dead heat in support and sometimes even favoring the republican party? Would it be because the majority of republican voters are relatively older and less technologically savy? I wonder if they would be better informed if they were more computer literate.

Dec 3, 2008 - This is complete nonsense and propaganda.1) She supported the idea of bridges ALONG with several other ideas. She turned it down when the costs escalated and chose other options.2) Congress did NOT say that the money couldn't be spent on the bridges, they just removed the language that said it was FOR the bridges. Everyone expected that the bridges WOULD be built until Sarah pulled the plug.

Congress did NOT pull the plug, they only removed the language that said the money was for the bridges. When she chose not to do the bridge most in the Alaskan government were shocked.
