Dec 3, 2008 - I guess I can answer to you. Well, Tidus is a living human. At the beginning, there was a war, where summoners (like Yuna) were battling against enemies army. One of those summoners was Lenne, whose boy friend Shuyin did not want her to go to the war. Shuyin actually tried to kill everyone in the war with the weapon named Vegnagun, but Lenne stopped him. Unfortunately, they both died when enemies shot them. Tidus and his whole world are some kind of rebirth because of the Fayth.

Dec 3, 2008 - The Fayth is some kind of "God", which gives some power to the planet. I am not sure if there are many of them in the FF X and FF X-2 games. The Fayth has created Tidus and his world and that means that Tidus has to die in the end of FF X. But when Shuyin's and Lenne's souls have gained peace in the end of FF X-2, Tidus can finally live like the normal human. He is not just a rebirth no longer, he is Tidus. *sigh* It was hard to explain, maybe you got some more information about those games.
