Books: Anything with pictures of gorgeous women.

Movies: The CSI series I love because of the cinematography. Other than that I love action, drama, and thriller films. Some of my recent favs include Crash, 12 Monkeys, Blood Diamonds, and of course Gladiator, Rob Roy, and Braveheart.

Music: Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Alan Parsons Project, Steely Dan, Tom Petty, The Tragically Hip, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The Doors, Deep Purple, see where I'm going with this? CLASSIS ROCK MAN!!!

Hobbies: Filmmaking. Promoting my company. Meeting and working with Artists of all mediums. Computer networking. Rearranging my house for another film shoot.

Very passionate about filmmaking. I love shooting with film as compared to digital. I think high Definition is awesome and I'm looking forward to producing in that medium in the coming months.Having been an independent filmmaker for close to 30 years already (where'd the time go man???) I'm now becoming serious about establishing my own production company (Lyndon Cassell Productions). I'm also slowly strategizing on creating an IPTV channel.As a filmmaker I write most of my own scripts, I'm always trying to improve my shooting technique through 35mm still photography, Super 8mm filming, and 16mm filming. Oh, and did I forget to tell you I'm pretty good behind the editing machine as well. I've gone from hand cutting with a Super 8mm viewfinder, the Steinbeck, video tape recorders, and now I'm getting comfortable with non-linear. Adobe Premiere is pretty easy and Final Cut Pro (which I just started using) so far looks like it's going to an incredibly fun journey.
