this is the elevator at the Allied Arts Building in Lynchburg. I know it is not a true high speed but it is fast for this area :) One of the tallest buildings in the area as well.. at 17 floors. the building itself is beautiful inside and out. VERY art Deco. here is a pic of the building....

this is the main elevator in the city hall. it is a hospital style. it is also S L O W. but nice. there are 2 traction elevators in the building (one is filmed) that were originally BEAUTIFUL dover elevators from the 60s. modernized last year.
